Returns, guarantees and terms.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

Every return needs a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) first: email hello@arewell.co with your order number and we'll send one. Return shipping fees are paid by the customer.

Opened or consumed products aren't eligible for a monetary refund, because of sanitary regulations.

If you're not satisfied with the flavor or performance, contact our concierge support at hello@arewell.co within 14 days of delivery. We'll offer a one-time product exchange, or store credit equal to one unit.

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email hello@arewell.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
